A Boho, Festival Inspired Wedding Invitation
This is set to be one fun, laid-back wedding! I've recently completed and posted off this invitation suite for Ange and Simon, a recently engaged couple, based in Palmerston North. They wanted a rustic, boho-inspired invitation, reflecting their relaxed style and incorporating elements from their wedding, including an amazing teepee, courtesy of TopKåta teepee tents, Rathmoy Lodge, the venue tucked away in Hunterville (a hunter and gatherer's dream) and glamping tents for guest accommodation (Taylor & Bell tents).
The artwork was all hand sketched and painted in deep black watercolour, then scanned in and digitally transformed for printing on heavyweight Kraft card, before orange watercolour was applied to each bonfire, for the most vibrant impact. The cards were assembled and enclosed in custom printed envelopes, to tie the theme together and posted off to the guests - easy peasy!
Ange and Simon were so fun to collaborate with on this project and I cannot wait to see it all come together at their festival inspired wedding party!
