Add another level of style to your suite with embellishments, including wax seals, twine, ribbon, tags and belly bands. Please note in your enquiry if you wish to include any of these items, or something not listed here.


After a luxury touch to impress? Please enquire for white ink, foiling or letterpress printing. 


1: Please contact me with the collection name you are interested in and specify all the items you are looking to order, as well as the quantity of each item. I will respond asap with a detailed quote, or further questions, if needed. A wording template and envelope guest name/address template (if applicable) will also be emailed to you, to be completed and returned.

2: Within 5 working days of receiving your completed wording form and payment, you will receive the first proof. From there, up to two digital reviews are included for minor changes to text. Any additional changes after this will incur a flat fee of $25. Please check your proof carefully, to make sure all names, dates & locations are spelt correctly. Please submit envelope addressing template as soon as possible (if applicable), to ensure there is minimal lag in these being ready after the invitations. Delays in receiving required information could result in delayed assembly and shipping of your invitation suites.

3: Once the design is agreed upon you will receive a final digital proof, which you will need to approve before the printing process can begin. Please note, no further changes can be made once printing has commenced (if not, I will do my best to accommodate changes).

4: On approval, your design(s) are sent to print. Printing can take up to 10 business days, depending on the printery job load - there will be a longer timeframe before invitations can be mailed, if envelope name and address information is not received around the same time as invitation wording, however I will make every attempt to get envelopes formatted and printed as soon as possible.

5: You will receive an invoice for shipping (and postage stamps, if applicable), payable before goods are mailed. Your final suite will be posted via tracked New Zealand Courier Post. 

Based on the above guidelines, the total turnaround time for collections is between approximately 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the number of changes required and your location. If you require your invitations sooner than this, please ask and we will do what we can to get these to you as soon as possible (note, a rush fee may apply).


Shipping within NZ

Paper goods are sent via tracked NZ Courier Post. Allow 3-5 working days for delivery. 

$8-25 approx.

Rest of world

Paper goods are sent via tracked NZ Courier Post. Allow 8-10 working days for delivery.

$25-90 approx. (price varies by weight, dimensions and location).


When determining your required quantity, bear in mind that you will only need one invite per household address. For example, one per couple, or family (if applicable).

We also recommend allowing an extra 15 - 20% for last minute additions, a keepsake for yourselves, photos and invites that may get lost en route to guests.
