Can we have a collection design customised?

Sure! All the text is customised to your individual wording and font colour.

Can I see a sample?

Samples are NZD$12, plus postage ($3.50 for NZ, approx. $15 for overseas). Redeemable upon placing an order. Please enquire via the contact form.

What printing types do you offer?

We offer flat digital printing as well as hot foil stamping, letterpress and blind embossing. Have something else in mind? Let us know! We can probably make it happen. When it comes to custom designs, we work with you to bring your ideas to life. Not all collections are suited to all printing types, please enquire if you have something in mind.

What paper do you offer?

All our collections are printed on an off-white premium cotton heavyweight card. The smooth texture allows the details and colours of the watercolour illustrations to really shine. When it comes to custom designs, we offer a range of paper options, including kraft, and handmade cotton rag paper. Generally we print on shades of white for coloured watercolour illustrations, but other coloured paper is possible, depending on your design. Contact us to discuss your ideas.

May I use a custom design you have created for someone else?

We like to keep our couples designs unique to them, as this is why they have wanted to go down the custom route in the first place! We are more than happy to work with you to create something special of your own, or you can find some inspiration from our collections, which can be customised with your details at a set price.

Do you offer assembly, stuffing, stamping and mailing service?

Yes! Please advise in your enquiry if you would like this service and we will include it in the quote. Please note, actual postage is charged in a final invoice, although an estimate can be given once your guest address information is finalised.

Do you offer addressing services?

Yes, please advise if you are interested in addressing and this will be quoted.

May I order a design from you and print it myself?

Sorry, we don't offer DIY printing, as we want to ensure that our designs are looking their best on quality card.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!

How long does shipping take and what is the cost?

Once your collection or custom designs are printed and ready to ship, you will receive an invoice for payment via bank deposit or PayPal, payable prior to paper goods being shipped.

Shipping within NZ

Paper goods are sent via tracked NZ Courier Post. Allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Cost is between $10-25 approx.

Shipping outside NZ

Paper goods are sent via tracked NZ Courier Post. Allow 8-10 working days for delivery. Cost is between $25-90 approx. (price varies by weight, dimensions and location).

Is there a minimum order?

For our collection designs, there is a minimum order of 30 invitations, in order to achieve the listed price per card. There is no minimum order for custom invitations.

What are the payment options?

Currently we offer payment via PayPal or bank deposit. If you would rather pay for collections via bank deposit, please contact us with the collection you wish to order, card types and quantities and we will send you your invoice, along with the invite wording form.

Can I return my order?

Due to the custom made nature of our products, all sales are final. If custom orders are cancelled prior to printing, the 50% deposit is not refundable, to cover the design cost. Thank you for your understanding!
